What is chlamydia?

Chlamydia is the most common bacterial sexually transmitted infection
About 1 in 10 sexually active young people who have tested have chlamydia
It affects both men and women
Most people who have chlamydia have no symptoms
There is a simple self taken test available in Birmingham and Solihull
It is easily treated with antibiotics
The test and antibiotics are free
If left untreated chlamydia can cause long term health problems.
