If you are female:

Besure will contact you with your result within 2 weeks of taking your test being taken, by the method you have indicated on your request form. If you requested your result to be sent by text/email/voice message for your confidentiality the message will say:

“you do not need to call besure”
This means that Chlamydia has not been detected.

Or

“please call Besure 0121 465 3700”
This means that Chlamydia has been detected.

If you have not heard within 2 weeks then please telephone Besure on
0121 465 3700 Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm
